Planetree Partners with National Academy of Medicine to Develop Framework that Highlights Patient and Family Engagement as Driver of Better Culture, Better Care, Better Health and Lower Costs
Informed by pioneering culture change work of Planetree affiliates and an advisory panel of health services research scientists and patient advocates, and co-authored by Planetree’s President, Susan Frampton, PhD (@SusanBFrampton) and Director of Knowledge Management, Sara Guastello (@PlanetreeSara), the paper introduces a logical framework to guide implementation efforts, an annotated bibliography of the latest scientific research in support of PFEC and plenty of real-life examples to bring PFEC to life.
